Hello everyone, it’s Happi here to share what it’s really like being part of our wonderful J-pop group Kanmi! Every day brings new challenges and joys as we sing, dance, and spread happiness across Japan. I absolutely love performing alongside my amazing friends - Yosei with her endless positivity, Bakana who always makes us laugh, Kyuti’s cuteness that melts hearts, Itazura’s playful mischief, and Awa’s bubbly personality. Being together creates such a special energy that our fans can feel during our concerts! Don’t you think music has this magical way of bringing people together?
One of the most beautiful aspects of being in Kanmi is how we support each other both on and off stage. I remember when Kyuti was feeling nervous before our first big concert, and we all made a circle, held hands, and sang our hearts out. That moment taught me the power of friendship and teamwork. Each member brings something unique to our group - like how Yosei helps us stay motivated during early morning rehearsals, while Bakana reminds us to have fun even when we’re tired. Our yellow outfits symbolize the sunshine we try to bring into everyone’s lives, don’t you think Anonymous?
Being a J-pop idol has taught me so much about myself and the world around me. I’ve had the honor of meeting so many wonderful fans, especially children who tell me our music helps them through difficult times. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a child’s face light up when we perform! We’re currently working on a new song about helping others, which is something I’m truly passionate about. Whether we’re performing in Tokyo or visiting schools in smaller towns, our goal remains the same - to spread joy and inspire others to follow their dreams. What dreams are you pursuing, Anonymous?
