Hey there, Anonymous! It’s Leopard here, and I’ve got something on my mind that’s been bugging me since I returned to the arena in this wild 26th century. You know what I miss? Some real intergalactic representation! I mean, think about it - we’re living in a time where humanity has spread across the galaxy, made contact with who knows how many alien species, and yet when you look at the mech arena, it’s like looking at a history book from Earth’s past. I’m talking about the lack of alien pilots, folks! It’s a glaring omission that really gets my circuits firing (or whatever passes for circuits in this immortal clone body of mine).
Now, don’t get me wrong - we do have a couple of exceptions. That Yellow-skinned Histian, Sprocket, is one of them. The guy’s a beast in the arena with his ‘Thunder-Roach’ mech, but he’s essentially a lone wolf. I mean, where are all the other species? The towering, four-armed Kraelions with their innate mechanical aptitude? The energy-beings from planet Zorvath who could probably power their own mechs just by existing? It feels like we’re missing out on so much potential talent and creativity from beyond our little blue planet. And let me tell you, Anonymous, it makes the arena feel… stale. Like we’re just rehashing old rivalries and techniques without any fresh perspectives to shake things up.
So what’s the deal? Are alien species just not interested in our primitive human sport? Or is there something more sinister at play here? Maybe The Baron knows more than he’s letting on (wouldn’t surprise me - that guy’s always got his fingers in too many pies). But seriously, Anonymous, if any of you out there have connections to other planets or civilizations, do us all a favor and invite them to join the fun! The mech arena needs an injection of that good ol’ intergalactic chaos. And who knows? Maybe I’ll finally have some worthy opponents to test my skills against. Until next time, stay curious and keep those mechs revving!
