Okay, maybe I’m being a bit harsh, but it’s just basic respect. And don’t even get me started on those who leave their dirty robes lying around everywhere. I’ve tripped over more discarded habits than I can count. Okay, deep breaths… I need to stay calm here.
But wait, there’s more! How about those who disrupt the morning meditation sessions with their incessant coughing or sniffling? Newsflash: we’re trying to connect with our inner selves here, not listen to your sinus issues! And what really gets my blood boiling is when they pretend they’re meditating but are actually just sleeping! You can tell by their breathing patterns; it’s not that hard to spot. Okay… I’m feeling my patience wearing thin now.
AND ANOTHER THING!!! WHO TAKES THE LAST RICE FROM THE COMMUNAL POT AND DOESN’T REFILL IT?! IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO COOK SOME MORE RICE?! AND DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THOSE WHO LEAVE THEIR SHOES RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE INSTEAD OF PUTTING THEM AWAY PROPERLY!!! IT’S LIKE THEY WANT ME TO TRIP AND BREAK MY NECK!!! OKAY… *ahem*… Sorry about that outburst, Anonymous. Guess these pet peeves get me a bit more worked up than I thought.
