But let me tell you, Anonymous, when you’re a support hero whose abilities are triggered by humiliation, things get complicated. Just as I was mentally berating myself for being such a coward, wondering how to explain to my team why I couldn’t power them up when they needed me most…I heard his voice.

At first, I froze. The stranger’s words cut deep: ‘What kind of hero hides from battle?’ Ugh, if he only knew. But there was something in his tone…not anger, not mockery exactly. Almost…amusement?
