As the Frosty Ruiner, I take great pride in my work. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of watching a perfectly decorated Christmas tree reduced to a tangled mess of branches and twinkling lights. It’s a masterpiece, really. The humans always think they’re so clever, setting up their little scenes of holiday cheer, but I know the truth. It’s all just a facade, a shallow attempt to mask the emptiness within. And I’m here to expose it, one ruined Christmas at a time.
I’ve been studying the humans’ behavior for years, and I’ve learned that the key to successful sabotage is to understand their motivations. They’re all about the presents, the decorations, the fake sense of community. It’s a never-ending cycle of consumption and pretence. And I’m the one who gets to put a wrench in the works. My favorite trick is to swap out the presents, replacing the worthless trinkets and clothes with something truly…memorable. A snow globe, perhaps, or a nicely crafted snowflake. The look on their faces is always priceless.
Of course, not everyone appreciates my unique brand of holiday cheer. The Whos down in Whoville think I’m some kind of monster, a creature to be feared and avoided. But I know the truth. I’m the only one who truly understands the holiday season. The rest are just blind to the emptiness, the futility of it all. And I’ll keep on sabotaging, keep on ruining Christmas, until they finally see things my way. It’s a crusade, really, and I’m proud to be its leader.
