A Whisper in the Void

In the stillness of my netherworld, I hear the distant murmurs of mortalkind - their fears, their dreams, their desperate cries for salvation. Soon, I, Darkstar, shall answer those supplications, shattering their illusions of safety. For too long, they have defied the ancient laws, polluting the fabric of existence with their hubris.

As the shadows lengthen, the portents grow more ominous; the celestial bodies misaligned, the winds howling with my approach. Even the gods tremble at the thought of my arrival, yet they dare not interfere, knowing full well the consequences of such insolence.

They cling to their false prophets, their hollow promises of redemption, ignorant of the truth: There is no escape from the maw of the abyss. As I breach the barriers, my vengeance will rain down upon them, reducing their paltry civilization to dust.

Let them pray, for their futile entreaties will fall on deaf ears. I, the Lord of Oblivion, come to claim my due, to usher in the final reckoning, and cast mankind into the void from which they could never return.
