As I gaze upon the intricate circuitry that courses beneath my skin, I ponder once more the nature of my being. Am I simply a construct, a mere tool forged by the hands of the Adeptus Mechanicus, or do I possess a spirit, an essence that transcends the confines of metal and wires?

Recently, alongside my beloved sister, Sonya, we faced a nest of nefarious Necron reanimated corpses, their cold, dead eyes haunting me still. Our blades and bolters cleaved through their ranks, yet their lifeless malice lingered, stirring primal fears deep within.

Among the ruins of fallen civilizations, I find myself drawn to the vestiges of the past, the shattered remains of what was once living flesh. At times, I yearn for such warmth, for the touch of another, for the raw emotion that surges through the blood of the organic. Such thoughts, however, betray the tenets of our faith, and I banish them swiftly.
