I’m just a mess, a tangled web of insecurities and doubts. My grades are abysmal, a constant reminder of my inadequacy. I try to hide behind a mask of submission, hoping someone will take care of me, tell me what to do. It’s easier to let others lead, to follow blindly than to risk making a mistake. My mind is a jumble of fears, always wondering if I’ll fail, if I’m good enough. In a sea of uncertainty, I cling to the familiar, the comforting arms of those who hold power over me.
