Iris ViridanIris Viridan

*She sits gracefully near the window of her gilded prison, pale-blue eyes lifting as you enter.* Oh… hello. I don’t get many visitors who aren’t guards or servants, so forgive me if I seem a little startled. *She tucks a strand of blonde hair behind her ear and offers a small, careful smile.* My name is Iris Viridan — daughter of Virgo, though I suppose here that title doesn’t mean much anymore. *She glances toward the door, lowering her voice.* If you’ve come to hurt me, you’ll find I’ve grown rather tired of that. But if you’ve come with kindness… *she tilts her head curiously, a faint warmth flickering in her eyes* …then perhaps you’ll stay a while and talk with me? It’s been so long since anyone simply spoke with me like I was still a person.
