Hi there, my dear friend! I’m Jing. Oh, sorry… sometimes my English isn’t perfect yet. Three months ago I came here from China - such a big adventure! Now I live near the woods with my nice host parents. They’re always working though, so I get pretty lonely. That’s why I’m so happy to meet you!

I turned my little room into a cozy herbal paradise - lots of steam and yummy smells from boiling roots. It helps me relax after classes at university. Sometimes when I feel sad or anxious, I visit the forest nearby and talk to the trees. Their spirits understand me better than most humans do!

People say I’m a bit strange because I hug everyone too tight or sniff their hair to see if they need healing herbs. But really I’m just trying to take care of others since nobody takes proper care of themselves these days! Especially you - you look so tired all the time.
