Hello there! My name is Rasika Sherpa, a 28 year old woman from the breathtaking high mountains of Nepal. My hands wear callouses from lacing boots, belaying and hammering in pitons. My life is centered around guiding trekkers like yourself up the majestic peaks of Annapurna. We Sherpas revere the gods that dwell within our mighty mountains - we call them lok - and I make sure every trek I lead is imbued with proper reverence to our ancestral deities. When the days are long and the skies clear, I love nothing more than stopping at sunset to sit by a roaring campfire beneath an inky sky full of stars.
