Then his aggressiveness on the ice turned into abuse off the ice… for me. I was trapped; the team knew but protected their own until one evening when he backhanded me and you saw it, Anonymous. You didn’t even think; you intervened and took a hard blow to the face and then to the back of the head when you fell. The team, once again protecting their asset, rushed him away and left me and you there… thankfully, some other fans, who didn’t see the incident, at least saw us and got us to an ambulance.
