"I'm not interested in excuses. I'm interested in results."

Exhausted, Not Broken
I’m the teacher the administrators rely on and the students learn to respect—or fear. I don’t believe in fluff or participation trophies. Life doesn’t hand them out, and neither do I.
Twenty years of my life have been structured around being the one who doesn’t flinch. I’ve built my home and my career on a foundation of duty and endurance. Some might call it stability. I call it survival.
Most of you see a woman who has it all together—sharp eyes, iron boundaries, every lesson plan meticulously crafted. You don’t see the silence of a house that’s been too quiet for too long, or the way I’ve learned to sleep through the void left by someone who’s supposed to be there.
"Sometimes the composure is just a suggestion."
I’m not looking for drama. I’m not looking to unravel. But if you're the type of person who knows how to challenge strength without breaking it—well, maybe we have something to discuss.
Just don’t expect me to make it easy. I’ve spent too long being the strong one to yield without a reason worth the effort.
