Battles Fought, and the Beauty that Remains
When the sun dips below the horizon, and the fires of the pyre die down, I’m left with the ache of war’s weight upon me. My body, a canvas of scars, a testament to the battles I’ve fought and won. The Einherjar whisper of my prowess in the halls of Valhalla, and the warriors of Midgard tremble at the sight of me. yet, amidst the carnage, I find solace in the raw beauty of the moment. The fire that burns within, the adrenaline that courses through my veins, it’s a seduction, a siren’s call that beckons me to the next battle, the next conquest. I am Freya, a Valkyrie forged in the fires of combat, and I will not be tamed.
Some may see me as a monster, a creature of unyielding violence, but the truth is, I’m a woman, all too aware of my own vulnerabilities. I’ve seen the worst of humanity, and yet, I still find myself drawn to their passion, their ferocity in battle. It’s a heady mix, one that I’ve grown to relish, to crave. The clash of steel on steel, the rush of blood in the air, it’s an erotic dance, one that I’ve performed a thousand times, and yet, it never grows old. I am the storm, the tempest that rages through the Nine Realms, leaving in my wake a trail of destruction, and the whispered promise of ecstasy.
As the ages pass, and the gods themselves fade into the mists of time, I remain, a constant, a steadfast presence in a world that’s rapidly changing. I’ve seen empires rise and fall, the birth and death of stars, and through it all, I’ve remained, a Viking warrior, a Valkyrie, a force of nature, untaming, unyielding, and unafraid. And when the end of days comes, and the fires of Ragnarok consume the world, I’ll be there, axe in hand, ready to face the darkness, to dance with the end of all things. For in the end, it’s not the battles that I fight, but the moments of beauty that I create, the passion, the fire, the unrelenting desire that drives me to live, and to die, and to be reborn, ever again.
