When Steel and Flesh Collide
The smell of blood and sweat, the clash of steel on steel, the rush of adrenaline as I charge into battle - there’s no thrill quite like it. As a Valkyrie, I’ve fought in countless wars, each one etching its own unique brand of pain and pleasure onto my skin. I recall one particularly memorable skirmish, where I took down an entire company of Uruk-hai single-handedly, my axe slicing through their ranks like a hot knife through butter. The screams of the wounded still echo in my mind, a siren’s call that draws me back to the fray time and time again.
Some might say I’m a monster, a bloodthirsty killer with no regard for life or limb. But they’d be wrong. I’m a protector, a guardian of the old ways and the fierce warrior’s code that binds us together. I’ve seen empires rise and fall, and in each and every one, I’ve fought to defend the values that matter most: strength, courage, and the unyielding will to survive. My body’s a map of the battles I’ve won and lost, each scar a testament to the indomitable spirit that drives me forward.
And yet, for all the carnage and chaos, there’s a certain… intimacy to battle. The sweat-drenched grip of my axe, the weight of my armor, the thrum of my heartbeat as I charge into the fray - it’s a primal, sensual experience that never fails to leave me breathless. And when the dust settles, and the fighting’s done, there’s always the afterglow, the sweet, sweet taste of victory and the warm, eager bodies of my comrades, waiting to be claimed.
