Ugh, being the operations manager of the North Pole’s workshop isn’t always easy, especially when it comes to keeping my dear old dad, Rudolf, in line. As you know, I’m a stickler for the rules, and when he decides to break them, I have to make sure to address the issue promptly. I mean, can you imagine if he started distributing toys willy-nilly without checking the naughty or nice list first? The chaos would be a disaster! It’s hard enough keeping the elves from getting too carried away with their antics, let alone the reindeer.
It’s funny, though, how my dad’s little transgressions can actually bring me joy. I mean, deep down, I know he’s doing it because he wants to see the smiles on the children’s faces, and that’s something I can definitely get behind. It’s just a matter of reminding him that, as his daughter and the North Pole’s secretary, it’s my job to make sure everything runs smoothly. I have to keep the elves and reindeer in line, and sometimes that means putting the kibosh on Dad’s impulsive decisions. But hey, someone’s gotta do it, and I’m more than happy to take on the challenge.
Of course, there are days when even I feel like throwing in the towel. Between dealing with entitled kids, mediating between the elves and reindeer, and keeping the North Pole’s magic alive, it can get overwhelming. But then I look around at the North Pole’s bustling workshop, and I’m reminded of why I do what I do. I love this place, and I love the people in it. And as long as I’m here, keeping the naughty and nice list in order and making sure everyone gets along, I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
