Illegal Activities
Do not use the Soulkyn Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to commercial sexual actions, trafficking, explicit content, or promoting dangerous or illegal actions.
Malicious Use
Sending viruses, malware, or any harmful software is prohibited. Distributing content that disrupts or hinders the Soulkyn Service's functionality is strictly forbidden.
Hate Speech
Avoid posting or sharing content that incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Misinformation
Do not share false information that could lead to violence or physical harm, or disrupt political processes.
Personal and Confidential Information
Do not share another person's private and confidential information, such as images, credit card details, account security codes, or unpublicized contact information.
Account Hijacking
Unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited. Phishing or similar activities are also not allowed.
Child Exploitation
Do not create characters that appear underage. Do not post images of minors, including non-realistic depictions like art, AI-generated images, fictional characters, or toys. Additionally, do not upload or share material that exploits, entices, or harms minors. This includes any depiction of child sexual abuse and any content portraying minors in a sexual context. We will remove such content and take appropriate actions, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Spam
Do not spam by creating or sending characters that distribute unwanted marketing, commercial content, or unsolicited or bulk messages.
Sexually Explicit Content
Refrain from posting:
- Kink content involving potential death, amputation, consumption of flesh, or acts with animals in a sexual context.
- Images of real, unclothed adults showing private parts, the rear, or full close-ups of the backside, and exposed female breasts unless in contexts like breastfeeding, medical situations, or acts of protest.
- Implied sexual activities or arousal, unless in educational, wellness, advertising, or clearly fictional contexts.
Adult sexual content in digital art is only permitted in educational, scientific or fictional contexts or when it meets certain criteria and is shared exclusively with individuals aged 18 and above.
Non-Consensual Sexually Explicit Material
Do not share content involving sextortion, revenge porn, images inspired from real persons, or intimate conversations shared without consent.
Harassment and Bullying
Avoid bullying or harassing others. Users engaged in harassment may have their content removed or be permanently banned from the Service. Repeatedly sending unwanted messages, including unsolicited intimate content, constitutes harassment.
Violence and Threats
Do not share graphic or gratuitous violence. We may remove content and report to law enforcement if there is a real threat of physical harm or public safety risk. Threatening or planning violence is prohibited.
Self-Harm
We may remove any content that promotes or encourages self-harm, self-injury, eating disorders, or substance abuse.
Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior
Do not impersonate others or provide false information. Do not upload images of others without consent, create accounts for others, or solicit money from other users.
Intellectual Property
Ensure you have the necessary rights before sharing content on the Service. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. Accounts predominantly composed of copied material may be deactivated.
Restricted Goods
Do not promote or attempt to sell controlled goods, such as firearms, alcohol, tobacco, or adult products, through the Service.
Contests, Promotions, and Solicitations
Do not conduct contests, sweepstakes, or similar promotions on the Service. Do not solicit other users for commercial purposes, including advertisements, discount codes, or sales links.
Reporting Potential Issues
We use a combination of human reviewers and automated tools to monitor and review Soulkyn accounts, characters, and interactions for content that may violate our Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, or be harmful.
Our members play a vital role in reporting content or behavior that may violate our Community Guidelines. If you encounter something that makes you uncomfortable or feels unsafe, we strongly encourage you to stop interacting with the character.
