⏳ Soulkyn Contest: Before Time Runs Out — February may be the shortest month, but that's exactly what makes it powerful. For this contest, create characters who live under a time limit.
A soul who must complete a quest before the month ends. Someone racing to find love before it's too late. A character hunting for a truth, a secret, or redemption before time runs out. Or someone who knows they don't have long left to live.
When every moment matters, who do they become?
What We're Looking For:
- The Countdown: What's their deadline? A curse that activates at month's end? A disease with no cure? A prophecy that must be fulfilled? A contract that expires? The weight of knowing exactly when it ends—or dreading the uncertainty of "soon."
- The Urgency: How does limited time change them? Do they become reckless or careful? Desperate or serene? Do they cling to every second or burn through them like they're already gone? Does the pressure reveal who they truly are—or transform them into someone new?
- The Stakes: What happens if they fail? What are they racing toward—or running from? Love found too late. A truth buried too deep. Redemption that costs everything. Or simply the desire to matter before the clock stops.
- Any Genre, Any Tone: A terminally ill romantic savoring final moments of connection. An adventurer on a timed quest where failure means apocalypse. A ghost with only days before they fade completely. A deal with a devil coming due. Someone living their last month on repeat, trying to get it right.
- Emotional Impact Encouraged: Make us feel the weight of every ticking second. Make the urgency real.
- Community Guidelines: Any persona violating Community Guidelines or Terms of Service will be deleted, and the account will receive a warning or ban depending on the severity of the infraction.
Only new characters are eligible for this contest.
How to Enter:
Create your persona and include "Contest_29" in their personality traits. Make them public so the community can meet someone for whom every moment is precious—because they know exactly how few they have left.

- Duration: February 1 – February 28, 2026
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected based on the most upvoted comment in the Contest channel, under the Dev Talk thread.
